IT & Dialler Operations Coordinator

- Deploy, configure, and maintain the office network (including switches, routers, printers, and internet connections)
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (users, groups, permissions, policies)
- Provide second-line technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and connectivity)
- Manage backups, antivirus, system updates, and general IT security protocols
- Liaise with external vendors for advanced support, procurement, and escalation
- Coordinate with the Collections and Customer Care teams to ensure dialler campaigns are loaded and optimized
- Monitor dialler performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data flows and system integrity
- Assist in implementing dialler strategies and reporting enhancements
- Act as a point of contact between the business and the dialler provider for support tickets and system improvements
- Degree or Diploma in IT or related field
- 24 years of IT support experience, including network setup and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills (network, hardware, and software)
- Experience with dialler systems (Genesys, Noble, Avaya, etc. or willingness to learn quickly)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical environments
- Familiarity with security, data protection, and system compliance best practices
- IT certification
- Previous experience in a call centre environment
- Knowledge of VoIP and CRM integration
- Exposure to SQL or dialler analytics/reporting tools is a bonus
