- Visually inspect skid quality before loading onto trailer.
- Perform regular pre and post inspection of forklift equipment in compliance with health and safety.
- Transfer goods/ material between unloading, processing, loading and staging or storage areas securely with efficient liaison with supervisors, equipment manufacturers and colleagues.
- Load finished goods onto trucks in a timely manner to meet customer’s delivery requirements.
- Track material delivery
- Perform general clean-up of work area.
- Follow all HACCP, GMP & Product Safety rules & guidelines.
- Performs tasks within acceptable limits for quality, quantity, sanitation & timeliness of completion, paying particular attention to prevent & eliminate costly errors.
- Prepares make-readies for upcoming jobs (Such as speedwells, solvents, cylinders, trollies, material)
- Complies with sanitation guidelines & Good manufacturing practices.
- Following the personal and industrial safety guidelines.
- Maintain a neat & orderly work area in accordance to 5 S standards by cleaning spills & disposing of trash on a timely basis.
- Relevant experience of 2 to 6 years.
- Should have proper driving license of LMV/ HMV.
- Should be aware of all Safety Standards & norms.
- Should be able to work in a high speed and fast paced environment.
- Should be able to complete tasks without supervision.
- Ability to occasionally lift up heavy objects
