- Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a growth marketing or similar role.
- Proven expertise running and optimizing Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong copywriting skills (ads, landing pages, email drip sequences).
- Strategic funnel-building experience (Lead magnets → Landing Pages →
- Drip Campaigns).
- Deep proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar automation platforms
- (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), with a willingness to quickly master
- GoHighLevel.
- Ability to ideate compelling creative (ad angles, scripts, CTAs) based on
- data-driven insights.
- Ownership mentality—comfortable working autonomously, setting your own
- goals & hitting them, leading client strategy independently, managing your
- pod as your own business unit.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and visual coherence—assets, ads, and landing
- pages must be visually appealing, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused.
- Attention to detail matters.
- Generate predictable, consistent leads through Meta & LinkedIn Ads.
- Build high-converting funnels (VSL, downloadable PDFs, newsletter subscriptions).
- Write persuasive landing pages and email drip campaigns that consistently convert.
- Ideate and refresh ads proactively—writing scripts and briefs, clearly directing clients on videos and creatives to record, and collaborating with design for assets.
- Launch quarterly nurturing magnets (downloadable, quizzes, webinars) with the email marketer to retain and upsell leads.
- Co-create compelling offers (from scratch or refine existing) with clients, including positioning and offer ladder.
- Retain and grow client accounts by delivering measurable results (calls booked, sales made, leads nurtured, +ROI).
- 30% Funnel & Offer Strategy: Create, validate, refine client offers, and optimize funnels.
- 30% Execution & Copywriting: Writing landing pages, emails, and ad copy; ideating ad angles and scripts.
- Growth Lead (Full-Funnel Owner)
- 20% Performance & Optimization: Managing ads (Meta & LinkedIn), analytics, A/B testing constantly optimizing.
- 10% Client Communication: Regular calls, strategy updates, and proactive recommendations.
- 10% Internal Collaboration: Work autonomously but leverage video & graphic designers, web developer, and email marketer as resources (they’re all in-house and working with you).
