The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and growth across various platforms and channels. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition and retention strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. The Growth Marketing Team Lead will work closely with developers, affiliate team, digital teams, head of affiliate and the rest of the business to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement strategies that drive app downloads, acquisition and engagement.In addition to traditional performance marketing skills, we are looking for a self-starter who can think outside the box and find innovative methods to drive traffic and user acquisition for the business.
