Your role is vital in identifying top-tier candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels, and ensuring strict policy adherence while building a positive Employer Brand.What Awaits You: Responsibilities that EmpowerRecruitment & Selection:
  • Your journey to find exceptional talent begins with securing precise profiles, grades, and vacancy information to guide our recruitment process.
  • You'll conduct both external and internal recruitment for various vacancies, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations within a 30-day turnaround.
  • Collaborating with management, you'll determine the assessments needed for specific roles, document decisions, and seamlessly integrate them into the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating relocation assistance when necessary and incorporating it into employment contracts.
  • Working closely with line managers to ensure a seamless, efficient, and cost-effective recruitment process.
  • Staying updated with the latest recruitment and selection techniques, especially in terms of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to enhance our Employer Brand.
Administration:
  • Managing all administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
  • Overseeing pre-qualification, criminal background checks, reference verification, and engagement documentation.
  • Providing weekly reports with recruitment status updates.
Customer Feedback:
  • Keeping line managers informed about recruitment and selection progress.
  • Addressing queries promptly and efficiently within the policy framework.
  • Responding to customer needs with a professional attitude.
  • Identifying and utilizing assets and resources to improve customer services.
Human Capital Audits:
  • Ensuring that recruitment and selection files are consistently audit-ready.
Your Profile: What We're Looking ForBackground/Experience:
  • You bring 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or human capital.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Specific Job Skills:
  • Proficiency in the competency interview process.
  • Knowledge of various candidate assessment and selection methodologies, tools, and platforms, with the ability to align them with specific recruitment needs.
