- Strategic research & brand analysis - Conduct deep-dive audits of customer brands and the competitive landscape to define the most effective communication angles and creative best practices for each market.
- High-impact creative production - Design compelling static, video, and user-generated content (UGC) creatives that provide a competitive edge, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- End-to-end project ownership -Manage the entire ad creation lifecycle from research and concept through to final delivery and testing, to ensure the team stays on track and meets deadlines.
- Continuous innovation & trend-spotting - Stay ahead of the market by constantly identifying and experimenting with new formats, hooks, scripts, and creative angles to ensure content is fresh and effective.
- Professional growth & participation - Develop your skills and represent the company by actively participating in industry tech events, and customer training sessions.
- 1-3 years of experience in a creative agency or freelance setting, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creative mindset.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, applying a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Proven experience designing creatives specifically for performance ad campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), with a strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first design. This job is technical 🤓
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal teams and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A curious and observant creative problem-solver with a strong feel for advertising, meticulous attention to detail and ability to automate your work.
- You have past experience working with video editing software: you have had experience working on a video project from brief to editing the video itself. (Canva, CapCut, Jitter)
- Write & speak other languages - being able to write copy in French, Portuguese or Swahili is a plus!
- You have a good ability to do motion design: you're able to create motion graphics videos.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment: you have experience working at a start-up or company with dynamic environments
