- Lead strategic development on key client accounts, from brief to execution.
- Work collaboratively with the creatives and account management team to ensure integrated, effective campaigns.
- Turn complex problems into simple, inspiring strategies and briefs that unlock big ideas.
- Use a range of data sources - from cultural trends to behavioural insights - to inform and support strategic thinking.
- Present strategic thinking with clarity, conviction, and enthusiasm - both internally and to clients.
- Thinking partner, collaborator and sounding board to fellow Strategy team members and Creative Directors.
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency thought leadership.
- A strong strategic mind with the ability to distil complexity into clarity.
- Proven track record in developing a range of strategy including:
- Brand (Architecture, Nomenclature, Audience Segmentation, Positioning & Value Propositions);
- Creative (Consumer Journey Mapping, Creative Platform, & Informal dipstick/qual. Research);
- Communication (Comms Frameworks, Content Strategy).
- A confident leader, collaborator and problem solver with a passion for creative work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent visual communication stills with a knack for well-structured, elegant presentation decks.
- Comfortable working with quant and qual data, audience segmentation, and research tools.
