Job Summary Job Title: Senior HR ManagerLocation: Umhlanga, KZNIndustry: BPOHire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior HR Manager to join our clients team in Umhlanga, KZN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry and a proven track record of success in HR management.Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talentQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in the BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
