Upper Highway - A top-tier automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join their Hillcrest team. With a solid reputation in the market, they serve clients seeking performance, reliability, and status.Job OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new vehicle sales, meeting monthly targets, and cross-selling additional products and services. This role demands a confident, well-presented individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales. The successful candidate will need to consistently close deals and actively contribute to the dealership’s performance. Strong communication and self-motivation are key in this fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the sale of new vehicles to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Cross-sell additional products and services where applicable
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations with prospective clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and finance applications
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available stock and model specifications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Represent the dealership professionally at all times
  • Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives as required
  • Handle trade-ins and vehicle evaluations
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet compliance and regulatory standards related to automotive sales
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and service

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years' vehicle sales experience, ideally with top-tier automotive brands

  • Valid driver’s licence

Remuneration
