• What You’ll Do

• Own the full booking lifecycle: from itinerary layout and flight coordination to travel packs and rooming lists.
• Stay in sync with suppliers, clients, and agents—ensuring every detail is confirmed, costed, and communicated.
• Manage FITs, small groups, and incentives with finesse and flexibility.
• Handle client care with warmth and urgency—before, during, and after travel.

• Tourplan and Zoho experience (or similar platforms).
• A sharp eye for dynamic rates and supplier negotiations.
• Flight booking know-how and a love for operational puzzle-solving.
• Confidence in managing payments, reconciling files, and explaining financial variances.
• A knack for handling complaints with empathy and escalation savvy.
• Strong admin discipline and confidentiality instincts.

• You think like a producer—balancing logistics, budgets, and emotional payoff.
• You’re proactive in product development, always sourcing fresh ideas and refining existing ones.
