- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably within staffing or labour hire sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
