- Supervise day-to-day call centre activities for both day and night shifts.
- Monitor agent performance, provide coaching and training where needed.
- Ensure targets for sales, bookings, and customer service are met.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints efficiently.
- Prepare performance and sales reports for management.
- Manage shift schedules and staff allocation.
- Ensure accurate processing of bookings, payments, and ticket changes.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on routes, schedules, and promotions.

- 8+ years Call Centre Supervisor Experience
- Male
- Age : 45 - 50years
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) + at least one African language
- Proven experience in call centre supervision (transport, car rental, leasing or similar industry preferred).
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate, with experience in booking or ticketing systems.
- Willingness to work shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
- South African Citizen
- Clear Criminal Record
