- Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for vehicle platforms
- Create wiring diagrams, schematics, and harness layouts
- Develop specifications for components, such as ECUs, sensors, actuators, and battery systems
- Integrate electronic systems into new and existing vehicle architecture
- Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical, Software, and Manufacturing Engineers
- Support the development of vehicle-level electrical architecture and system interfaces
- Ensure that designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, and ECE R100)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or a related field)
- 3+ years of experience in vehicle electrical systems engineering
- Proficiency in using electrical CAD tools (e.g., Capital, Zuken, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar)
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical architectures and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, and FlexRay)
- Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics, ECU integration, and functional safety concepts
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced development environment
- Experience with electric vehicle (EV) systems (e.g., HV batteries, inverters, and BMS)
- Knowledge of software development for embedded systems
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for system modelling
- Experience with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards
