ENVIRONMENT:A well-established and rapidly growing provider of mobility and retail solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled Implementation Support & Business Intelligence Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data analysis, database management, and modern business intelligence tools. In this role, you will support technical data-related queries across internal systems and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of insightful reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.DUTIES:
  • Data Modeling: Design and develop data models that support business requirements and reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • ETL Development: Build and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to extract data from various sources and transform it into usable formats.
  • Report Development: Create and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Report Automation: Design, deploy and maintain automated email reports which is distributed to various channels within the business.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from different sources into the SSP Application and BI environment, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data queries and reports, optimizing the BI infrastructure for efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve data-related issues, providing technical support to end-users and addressing their queries.
  • First line DB support to Internal SSP support desk with regards to vehicle queries from dealerships.
  • Perform active Data Analytics through data interpretation to proactively provide business with BI insights as extracted from the data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in data modelling, ETL development, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL and NoSQL i.e. Cosmos DB), data modelling tools (e.g., ERWin, ErStudio), and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms as well as automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dev Ops and Azure.
  • Advanced Excel skillset required.
  • Solid understanding of data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
  • Certifications in relevant BI and data warehousing technologies are a plus.
