A beautiful Boutique Hotel in Camps Bay is looking for a 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗙 to join their team.This role is perfect for a guest-focused individual with a background in culinary arts, with a specific focus on breakfast service. Must have strong administrative skills, especially in menu development and food costing.REQUIREMENTS:

Previous chef experience, ideally in an upmarket setting
Ability to do food costing
Ability to do menu development
Strong administrative abilities
Experience in baking breads and pastries
Ability to take initiative
Great communication skills, both with guests during breakfast service, and within the team

PACKAGE:

Open to half days (as this role will mostly be for breakfast service, breads and pastries)
R10k-R13k per month
