- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on renewable energy installations
- Identify and resolve faults to minimise downtime
- Implement and refine maintenance plans to improve system performance
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to support ongoing improvement.
- Proven experience in Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to excellence.
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or a related field)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in O&M for renewable energy systems (solar preferred)
- Solid knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and monitoring systems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and maintenance best practices
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site locations
- Bonus: Additional certifications (e.g., PV installer, Health & Safety) are a plus
