A luxury safari lodge within a renowned private game reserve is seeking a dynamic and experienced 𝗟𝗢𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 to oversee the full operational and guest experience functions of its intimate, high-end property.The role requires a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a remote, nature-based setting and has a deep understanding of luxury service, team leadership, and conservation-driven tourism.Candidate Requirements:

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality beneficial
Experience in managing a lodge or camp is essential
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent administration and organizational skills
Must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team well
Be able to train and motivate staff
Knowledge and understanding of PANstrat and be fully computer literate
Understand and manage budgets, GP’s and finances
Have sufficient experience in stock takes and quality control
Have a great work ethic and excellent attention to detail
Be a driven, proactive and ambitious individual
A lateral thinker and be able to take initiative
A well presented, professional and courteous individual
Have a passion for guest satisfaction
Knowledge of the surrounding areas and be willing to get involved in local community drives
Valid RSA drivers license and own transport essential
