RPO Recruitment is actively seeking experienced Supervisors/Line Leaders to join our client's dynamic team in the Food Production Industry based in Cape Town. Our client is a leading company in the food manufacturing sector, known for their commitment to quality and innovation.As a Supervisor/Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring smooth operations. You will manage a team of production workers, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure that all products meet quality standards.We are looking for individuals who have a strong understanding of the food production industry, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Oversee and manage the production line, ensuring efficient operations.
Assign tasks to production workers and monitor their performance.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations.
Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may impact production.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Train and mentor production workers to enhance their skills and productivity.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food production industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands.
