- Respond to online leads and manage customer bookings.
- Provide accurate quotes and manage costing.
- Liaise between clients and workshop team.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
- Previous experience as a service advisor.
- Basic technical understanding of vehicle systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and general services.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety and service standards.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to meet daily targets.
- Trade-tested or qualified technician.
- Experience working on a range of vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and follow job cards accurately.
