We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment & Onboarding Officer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a smooth and engaging hiring experience.Company Overview:

Team Size: ±80 employees
Salary: Approximately R15,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment

Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
Draft and post job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, etc.)
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers
Manage job offers, employment contracts, and background/reference checks
Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system

Onboarding

Coordinate pre-boarding logistics (IT setup, workstation, welcome pack, etc.)
Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)
Serve as the primary contact for new employees during their first 90 days
Gather feedback on the onboarding experience and recommend improvements

Important Note: This role is focused exclusively on recruitment and onboarding. Candidates must have direct experience in both areas and be comfortable managing the full lifecycle of hiring and integration.
