We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment life cycle and help scale our team with top-tier talent with South Africa’s and the countries around the same region. This person will play a crucial role in shaping Ai-CHA’s team culture and driving growth through strategic hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments (sales, operations, marketing, back support office etc.)
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate final rounds with leadership
Maintain and improve candidate experience and employer branding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements
Stay updated with industry hiring trendsKey Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-growing consumer or retail sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with recruitment tracking and sourcing tools
Strong understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
