- Responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Establish effective networks in the markets, industries and economic sectors
- Business to business marketing
- Ensure new business growth target is reached
- Develop strategy to grow business in line with corporate strategic requirements
- Identify new market and business opportunities and the sign-on of identified employed
- employer groups in line with strategic objectives
- Continuous liaison with regional offices and internal stakeholders to ensure successful hand-over of groups
- Develop strategy per group depending on individual challenges of each group
- Negotiate with various stakeholders in each group
- Professional presentations to management teams and other stakeholders
- Analyze potential areas for growth.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications and/or Public Relations or a related fiel
- 3 to 5 years Marketing/Public Relations & Sales
- 3 to 5 years' applicable experience in a financing or banking environment
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Valid Code 08 driver's license
- Knowledge of compiling corporate profiles and/or tender documents
- Knowledge of financial products and services would be an advantage
- Relationship building and stakeholder relations management
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Marketing and Sales skills (Strong selling skills including cold calling skills)
- Negotiation, persuasion and conflict management skills
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Multilingualism (ability to communicate in multiple / diverse South African Official Languages)
- Willingness to travel and out of normal working hours availability
