Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Provide the customer with the necessary project activity, time, and resource consumption reports and pricing information.
• Ensure that all subcontractor and supplier invoices are paid in compliance with contractual, business, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in calculating the most cost-effective and operationally wise manner of construction, ensuring that the construction team is well-informed about the best ways to build.
• At the end of a project, ensure that the customer has received all required warranty, guarantee, and instruction documentation on time.
• In a timely manner, negotiate and mediate contractual disputes with stakeholders.
• Work with and support the team.
• Deliver excellent, accurate, and timely work to the organization and its clients on a consistent basis.

• A 3year University of Technology Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, and Quantity Surveying Software Packages.
• A minimum of 10 years’ technical and practical QS skills in Mining, Minerals, Infrastructure and / Chemical sector.
