RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry to join our client's team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process, including estimating costs, preparing tender and contract documents, and managing variations and claims. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects on time and within budget.If you have a strong background in quantity surveying within the construction industry and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, we would love to hear from you!Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
Experience in estimating costs, preparing tender and contract documents, and managing variations and claims.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Professional certifications or memberships in relevant industry bodies are preferred.
