- Company secretarial or general administrative support;
-Minutes and actions for Board and Exco meetings.
-All related Corporate Governance matters.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Day-to-day contract management assistance and advice, including Funding and Franchisor agreements.
- Management of Lease Agreements.
- Management of Insurance Claims via broker.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the Directors, in line with the role.
- High attention to detail.
- A passion for and understanding of commercial law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects, prioritise work and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within timeframes.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Minimum BCom Law degree.
- LLB degree will be advantageous.
- 5 years' experience.
- Commercial background.
