Job Summary Job Title: Maintenance SchedulerLocation: Northern Cape, South AfricaIndustry: MiningPosition Type: PermanentJob Summary:Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join their team in the Northern Cape. The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime.Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans for all equipment and machinery in the mining operation
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities
Monitor and track maintenance progress, identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts or delays
Analyze historical maintenance data to optimize maintenance schedules and improve equipment reliability
Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance scheduling activities
Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and enhance equipment performance
Generate reports on maintenance activities, including performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

Grade 12
5 years of experience in Maintenance planning in the mining industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Benefits:

Salary: R550K-R750K per year
