Job Summary ND/BSc/BCom Food Tech/Prod Mngt; 2-3 yrs production planning/food/meat production/packing/report writing. Plan production for day/week/perform hygiene checks/ensure QC raw material/follow SOPs/ID bottle necks/ reduce. Work to machine capacity/feedback on targets/equipment deviations. Implement/maintain 5S/Quantum Lean methods/ensure boards updated/hold fishbowl meetings. Ensure quality/consistency of products/RCA on NCs /every batch verified/signed off as per recipe. Advise on food safety/staff trained on SOP's/products not reaching Critical limit is restricted/ensure area/equipment maintained/stop production if food contamination/report any CCP failure to QC/QA Lead staff by example/be on time/present in dept./ensure time keeping/personal hygiene/ advise on customer complaints/production focus areas/ensure staff follow SOPs and policies/correct number of staff are productive/discipline staff. Follow up on quality/FSMS/ production/maint issues with Foreman. Prepared meetings /on time/feedback from staff for discussion/advise staff of discussion/display graphs. Ensure end of shift SOPs are performed/all raw materials/in process emulsions put into cold rooms/freezers/all equipment put away/disassembled/in good working order.
