- Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients
- Present, promote and sell products
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Informing customers of new product offerings
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Base retention – attending to client needs
- Achieve sales target as set by the company
- Custrack loading
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Must 3-5 years sales experience
- Previous experience working as a sales representative in O/A Telecoms Industry would be advantageous
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Target driven and competitive
- Must be able to use own initiative when it comes to developing new business -think out of the box
- Presentable
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have a Clear criminal record.
