- Support projects and help drive business outcomes with a strategic mindset
- Managing complex (international) calendar scheduling.
- Initiating and managing client acceptance procedures (KYC) for client-related projects.
- Monitoring work in progress and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizing internal and external events.
- Booking travel arrangements.
- Reviewing documents for importance, priority, and required follow-up.
- Handling correspondence;
- Providing substantive support (e.g. in the areas of project/sales);

- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (virtual experience a plus)
- A genuine understanding of stakeholder engagement and how to add value.
- A proactive attitude — you anticipate, act, and solve before being asked.
- An interest in business, strategy, and continuous learning
- Engagement support experience
