Our client, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to manage a high volume of invoice processing. This is a temporary role.A wonderful opportunity awaits you!Requirements:A Grade 12 certificate is required.A tertiary qualification will be advantageous.Proven experience as an invoicing clerk is essential.Experience with Pastel Accounting Version 2019 is non-negotiable.Ability to process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.Responsibilities and expectations, including but not limited to:Process and manage a large volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.Verify invoice details for accuracy and completeness.Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.Communicate with relevant departments to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.Ensure all invoices are processed within set deadlines.Assist with month-end and year-end invoicing reconciliations.Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as required.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy.Contract Duration:
2 to 3 months (temporary).
