The opportunity:The position calls for a well-rounded design-oriented person interested in working in the Hospitality, Retail, Health and Commercial sectors.In this exciting position, you will be involved in the interior design and technical aspects of projects, from initiation to concept development and construction.Throughout the process, you will have an opportunity to hone your project management and communication skills and will present internally and externally with clarity and a sound understanding of technical and commercial feasibility. Experience through all work stages is advantageous.Personal attributes and experience:You are a globally-minded individual with a proactive, positive, and client-centric attitude.With at least five years post-qualification experience, you have demonstrable design skills, and an aptitude for teamwork.You should possess aesthetic sensitivity and your thorough technical knowledge should be complemented by expertise in construction drawings and detailing. An intricate understanding of building systems and materials, and infallible knowledge of practice and industry standards and codes are required. You are passionate about sustainability and knowledgeable in current concepts and materials.Being a clear and precise communicator is important as is having the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working collaboratively and imparting your knowledge while contributing to multiple teams, and having exemplary time-management and delivery skills.Technical Knowledge & Experience:

Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit and ACC/BIM360, and SketchUp.
Competence in a BIM environment is required to enable collaboration. Custom furniture and component modelling is of high importance, along with being capable of fully utilising EXCO production manuals and guides for new projects.
A strong technical understanding of the main production software mentioned above, namely Revit as all projects live in workshared environments.
Working knowledge of Enscape, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
