This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an estate renowned for producing award-winning extravirgin olive oils.The successful incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Optimising production of the olive farm *Planning, organising, and optimising day-to-day farm activities *Leading and inspiring a dedicated farm team *Overseeing every stage of olive production from orchard care to harvest and beyond *Driving quality, sustainability, and innovation in farming practices *Managing budgets, reporting, and compliance with farming standards *All other tasks related to this position.Essential qualifications, skills & Experience:A relevant tertiary qualification;Minimum 7 years relevant experience in olive oil production and orchard management;Strong leadership and organisational skills;A results-driven mindset with a passion for agriculture;Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English;A valid drivers license.Why join us?
