- Process and verify revenue transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate records and timely collection.
- Oversee inventory control and reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable controls and authorize payments.
- Administer fixed assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and submit VAT and PAYE returns across the group.
- Serve as a Syspro admin user, troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Assist in the facilitation of the year-end audit.
- Supervise finance team members, including the Finance Clerk, Cashbook, and Admin Clerk.
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Syspro knowledge is essential; Syspro superuser experience is advantageous.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel when required.
- Strong administration and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to adhere to deadlines and follow procedures.
