
Internal Sales Executive -Modderfontein

- Quoting, Order Taking, Invoicing, facilitating orders through to delivery and providing feedback
- Full customer experience from arrival, needs analysis, product exploration, closing sale and payment processing, liaising with operations for delivery/ collection arrangement
- Being comfortable dealing with clients that cross a variety of demographics, e.g. from company directors, managers, general employees and even drivers and contractors
- Handling of leads from different submission portals
- Obtaining courier / freight quotations based on weight and volume and confirming delivery charges with operations etc.
- Being self-motivated to achieve sales targets, GP parameters, and assisting the team meet monthly goals.
- Managing the sales function from start to finish, including all processes, communication, and documentation
- Assist with the development of marketing literature and strategy if needed
- Operating within an Online POS, Stock Control & CRM System
- Overtime may be necessary from time to time
- Assisting with any other reasonable instruction
- Grade 12
- Drivers License and own vehicle
- 2-3 Years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Proven sales track record
- Prior experience in the Decking, Flooring and Construction / Building Industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Good communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Good time management and planning skills
- Team player and willingness to learn and improve
