Reporting into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving reporting excellence, building intuitive data models, and supporting cross-functional teams with decision-grade insights. Bonus: you'll also help refine the data stack as the business continues to modernise its infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and enhance critical dashboards and reports used across the businessDevelop semantic models and advanced reports using Power BI (embedded included)Write robust SQL queries across normalised and star-schema environmentsWork with Data Engineers to ensure pipeline quality and model accuracyValidate data across multiple layers (bronze, silver, gold)Define and implement Row-Level Security and other governance controlsLead the creation of exception-based and trend-driven visual reportingSupport user testing, training, and stakeholder enablementSkills & ExperienceMust-Have:5+ years in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence rolesExpert-level SQL and DAX skillsPower BI pro with experience building and managing modelsStrong grasp of modern data concepts (data lakes, CI/CD, warehouse layers)Advanced Excel capabilities (lookup functions, pivot tables, Power Query)Clear communicator who can engage both technical and business teamsIndependent worker with a high attention to detail and analytical mindsetPreferred:Exposure to Microsoft FabricExperience documenting business rules and managing data qualityBackground in financial services, insurance, or regulated industriesCompany Culture & ValuesInsight-Driven Decisions - Data leads the wayClarity in Complexity - Make the complex understandableAccountability & Autonomy - Own your work, own your impactPrecision & Integrity - Trust is built on clean, accurate dataReady to help shape the future of data in financial services?
