- Maintain integration documentation and configuration records
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and application owners to gather requirements. * Participate in new system implementations or upgrades by enabling integration readiness.
- Ensure integration solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.
Ensure integrations meet internal security, compliance, and data privacy standards. * Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual data handling.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Applications team.
Provide hyper-care support for new integrations during stabilization periods. * Analyze integration logs and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct post-integration reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
- Diploma/Degree IT Systems Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in application or system integration roles within IT, software development, or enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms
- Proven ability to build, test, and maintain APIs, ETL pipelines, and system connectors.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
- Skilled in troubleshooting data and system integration issues.
- Familiarity with change control, release management, and SDLC practices.
