- Understanding the design basis of the equipment.
- Following test procedures.
- Optimising energy consumption and sources of pollution.
- Analysing all electrical stoppages and sources of pollution.
- Looking at history and statistics.
- Making recommendations.
- Attending to Plant breakdowns.
- Assisting with mechanical maintenance if and where needed.
- B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
- N6 and Government Certificate of Competency or T4 and Government Certificate of Competency
- 5 years experience related to Electrical and Project Engineering (specifically related to factories)
- Technologically minded.
- Good planning/managerial skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lead and supervise engineering team.
