Responsibilities:Social Media
  • Develop and manage social media plans, scheduling content at least two months in advance
  • Create and oversee content (photography, video, copywriting) across all platforms
  • Place and manage paid ads; oversee influencer engagement and collaboration opportunities
  • Create regular posts: 4 per week on specified platforms, bi-weekly TikTok posts, monthly YouTube videos, and platform-specific posts for special channels
  • Run campaigns, competitions, and giveaways; boost posts to target relevant audiences
  • Act as community officer: respond to queries, monitor trends, and report analytics monthly
  • Liaise with aligned brands for collaboration opportunities
Paid Advertising and Analytics
  • Manage Facebook and Google Ads, including copy, images, and competitor campaigns
  • Report on analytics with budget suggestions and optimise campaigns for performance
Google My Business
  • Monitor customer feedback, respond promptly, and maintain high-quality images
  • Keep the platform active and maximise brand impact
Website and Graphic Support
  • Support website content, seasonal campaigns, and layout creation
  • Copywriting for storytelling, newsletters, emailers, and web pages
  • Design monthly banners and newsletters; coordinate with freelancers for photography and video
  • Identify and fix navigation issues, and ensure deadlines are met for campaigns
  • Grow customer database through competitions, quizzes, and loyalty initiatives
Photography and Videography
  • Oversee freelance photographers and videographers for social media, website, print, and events
  • Manage visual content for launches, collaborations, events, and product campaigns
Events and Campaign Support
  • Attend events to manage content and influencers
  • Communicate events internally via emailers
  • Provide digital advertising support for multiple locations or partner marketing teams
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent graduate course in Digital Media Management or an Arts degree
  • 5 Years’ experience in Digital Media Management with social media specialist
  • 5 Years’ experience in digital planning at a strategic level with high end brands
  • Exceptional attention to detail with flawless English (10/10 fluency and spelling accuracy)
  • Social media planning and content generation and alignment
  • Technical understanding of video creation and editing
  • Talented copywriter
  • Intrinsic understanding of insights from Google/Facebook analytics
  • Operating knowledge of Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva
  • Excel skills – Intermediate to advanced
