Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Opening and closing the depot
  • Maintaining excellent customer service
  • Receiving all products from clients to be sent to Cape Town
  • Dispatching of products to clients for scope of work to be performed
  • Receiving products back from Cape Town and notifying customers
  • Assist with any questions / queries and problems ensure amicable resolution is found
  • Must be customer centric
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly completed for tracking of products
  • Manage speedpoint payments
  • Ensure all office consumables (coffee / tea / paper / fuel / etc) is purchased and managed
  • Ensure the depot is kept clean and tidy to best represent the company
  • Any additional ad hoc duties as required by senior management
Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • Computer literate MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • 2-3 years in a similar role within the steel or hardware environment
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
