- Opening and closing the depot
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Receiving all products from clients to be sent to Cape Town
- Dispatching of products to clients for scope of work to be performed
- Receiving products back from Cape Town and notifying customers
- Assist with any questions / queries and problems ensure amicable resolution is found
- Must be customer centric
- Ensure that all documentation is properly completed for tracking of products
- Manage speedpoint payments
- Ensure all office consumables (coffee / tea / paper / fuel / etc) is purchased and managed
- Ensure the depot is kept clean and tidy to best represent the company
- Any additional ad hoc duties as required by senior management
- Matric
- Computer literate MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- 2-3 years in a similar role within the steel or hardware environment
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication
