- Meet monthly field service performance goals for client satisfaction, quality, productivity with key success metrics and targets.
- Responsible for taking complete ownership of all new installs, repairs and collections received to ensure good quality client satisfaction by closing feedback loop.
- Build, establish and maintain open lines of communication with fulfilment coordinator, peers, Call Centre, Product ops, BAMs, Account Managers and other teams to facilitate problem solving.
- Improving TAT for Installs, repairs and collections.
- Reduce cost to serve.
- Matric.
- Relevant technical experience/qualification.
- Good understanding on how to prioritise work.
- Excellent communication.
- Well-organised and thorough, even when working under pressure.
- Problems/issues identification and solution development.
- Ability to confidently deal will people at all levels.
