ENVIRONMENT:A company revolutionizing the payment sector to simplify card acceptance for small-scale retailers seeks an on-site Field Service Technician to join their team. The position demands meticulous attention to detail along with technical expertise in client support, prioritization, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Relevant technical qualifications or experience are essential.DUTIES:

Meet monthly field service performance goals for client satisfaction, quality, productivity with key success metrics and targets.
Responsible for taking complete ownership of all new installs, repairs and collections received to ensure good quality client satisfaction by closing feedback loop.
Build, establish and maintain open lines of communication with fulfilment coordinator, peers, Call Centre, Product ops, BAMs, Account Managers and other teams to facilitate problem solving.
Improving TAT for Installs, repairs and collections.
Reduce cost to serve.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric.
Relevant technical experience/qualification.

ATTRIBUTES:

Good understanding on how to prioritise work.
Excellent communication.
Well-organised and thorough, even when working under pressure.
Problems/issues identification and solution development.
Ability to confidently deal will people at all levels.
Attention to detail.
