- Manage the customer careline, ensuring timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Oversee community management efforts, engaging with community members across various platforms and fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Handle influencer management, including identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with influencers aligned with brand values
- Execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Collaborate with like-minded organisations on mutually-beneficial initiatives and partnerships
