  • Grade 12
  • Experience in an education, training development environment is advantageous
Client Support
  • Attend to learner queries.
  • Provide feedback to learners regarding course schedules, results within agreed timelines.
  • Manage the front desk at reception, courier services and answering of the switchboard
Learner Support
  • Support the AC with the update and maintaining of learner academic records.
  • Maintain good relationships with learners and ensure learner satisfaction.
  • Support with the orientation of new students in absence of AC.
  • Preparing and manage Campus Activities on Saturdays
Financial
  • Support with learner attendance by phoning learners if not attending class to maintain class numbers.
  • Manage stock and quotes for Campus and learner requirements.
  • Follow up with learners on non-payments.
Administration
  • Support with the capturing of assessment results and attendance registers per module.
  • Support with the update of learner files in accordance with HE requirements
  • Capture and conduct learner evaluations as per policy
  • Support with preparations of examination sessions.
  • Co-ordination of campus and venue requirements
  • Updating all learner records on the Learner Management System.
  • Adherence to academic policies and procedures.
  • Capturing learner attendance and results into weekly client reports
  • Active part of the H Safety committee and compliance in the Campus.
  • Support with preparations for Academic Audits
  • Support the Librarian with admin processes related to the Library functions.
  • Any Ad-hoc admin support
