
Restaurant General Manager

- Food quality control: Ensuring that food is prepared and presented to high standards, and that food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
- Inventory management: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Team management: Supervising and training staff, including servers, bartenders, and or kitchen staff. Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team. Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures. Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated. Lead and mentor the Restaurant team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Financial management: Managing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing revenue.
- Management Food and Beverage experience
- Able to meet financial targets
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Previous experience in various food service /hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills are necessary to oversee staff and operations.
