We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 DeveloperÂ to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.ÂWhat youâ€™ll do:

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Customize and extend CRM functionality through plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and propose technical solutions.
Implement best practices for CRM configuration, development, and deployment.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and project teams.
Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates, features, and industry trends.

Your expertise:

Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and development using C#, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Experience with CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and web resources.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security model, and data model.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications required:

Matric/Grade 12
Bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) preferred.
