Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications and user interfaces to ensure quality and usability
• Convert business and functional requirements into clear test plans and test cases
• Evaluate software for performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability
• Identify usability issues and interactive design flaws within user interfaces
• Detect and report functional bugs and deviations from business rules
• Collaborate with the development team using SDLC tools, including bug tracking and QA systems
• Support version control processes related to software builds, merges, and releases
• Create and maintain user documentation and guides

• Relevant degree or a minimum of three years’ experience
