Are you a meticulous finance professional looking for a short-term opportunity in a high-volume, fast-paced environment? My client is seeking a Creditors Clerk to join their team on a 3-month contract.As the Creditors Clerk you will responsible for the following:
- Process and reconcile creditor invoices against supplier statements and trial balances.
- Investigate and resolve variances by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs, ensuring correct allocations.
- Obtain appropriate authorisations for supplier invoices and expenses.
- Submit reconciliations in line with strict deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organised accounts payable records.
- Address internal and external queries promptly.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
Completed Diploma in Finance
Proven experience in cashbook management or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
