- Develop business through regular client contact and account management
- Maintain and service existing clients
- Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies
- Cold calling both candidates and clients
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets
- Record detailed job specifications from clients
- Compile and place vacancies on all available job portals
- Responsible for MIE checks
- Formatting CVs
- Conducting background checks
- 360 Recruitment
- TES and perm recruitment
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets
