Become trained and skilled to perform the Financial Adviser role effectively and efficiently (these duties will be performed under supervision):Completes required training and assignments, obtains mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes, masters assessments and meets minimum performance and production standards.Meets production targets that impact overall company revenue goals.Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Liberty tools and systems.Develops a book of business consistent with Libertys standards.Provides a high level of client service.Manages the full scope of a client relationship by evaluating the clients financial needs, investment opportunities, and insurance needs.Develops client pipeline by prospecting, networking, engaging in initiatives.Recommends financial solutions based on client needs.Seeks expertise in internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients.Maintains appropriate record-keeping and supervision files.Stays abreast of products, industry rules and regulations, and financial planning.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.APPLY NOWQualification & RequirementsCompleted matric-related qualification in marketing, business, law, economics, investments, risk management etcOwn Laptop.At least 1year sales experience Advantageous.Clear Credit ratingNo Criminal recordLaptopSkills & Attributes:Impeccable work ethics.Ability to work autonomously.Effective Marketing and Networking Skills.Ability to plan and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Target Driven.Computer literate.Entrepreneurial.Self-starter.Relationship building skills
