- Maintain and grow the organisations database through telephonic and online research.
- Adapt conversations to reach targets with the ability to persuade prospects to provide the required information.
- Accurately record information in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
- Deep and extensive research of prospecting information such as individual names and companies to call from various sources, such as Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
- Achieve call and database targets.
- Attend company outings, social events, and team projects.
- This is not a sales or customer service role, but you are expected to achieve daily KPIs.
- Extraordinary attention to detail (make sure your CV displays this characteristic).
- Confident, clear telephonic voice.
- Excellent verbal business communication skills English.
- Ability to speak an additional language, such as French or Portuguese, would be considered an advantage.
- Be sharp and think ahead.
- Learn from mistakes and self-correct.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Patient with the ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and take time to understand and record what they are saying.
