ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
  • Allocate and use company resources cost-effectively.
  • Evaluate BIM software requirements and provide management with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with consultants to review and adjust cost estimates to stay within budget.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective materials and solutions.
  • Monitor milestones and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track and report on external vendors' progress and fees.
Project Management
  • Attend internal and client meetings to provide updates and feedback on designs and changes.
  • Ensure adherence to design and architectural drawing standards.
  • Track project progress and communicate potential challenges or delays to management.
  • Coordinate the production of construction documentation and as-built drawings.
  • Manage quality control processes during construction and production stages.
Design and Execution
  • Research and investigate suitable construction methodologies, materials, and finishes.
  • Review and coordinate samples, products, and subcontractor shop drawings for compliance with design intent.
  • Prepare design narratives, including project documentation and PR-related content.
  • Oversee the production of 3D visualizations and ensure accuracy in drawings.
Procurement
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to interpret specifications and suggest alternatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Learning and Development
  • Engage in personal development and training to acquire new skills and enhance current ones.
  • Stay informed about recent technologies, materials, trends, and international standards in interior design.
  • Conduct research to support innovative design solutions.
Client and Vendor Management
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, consultants, and clients.
  • Streamline workflows for efficient collaboration on visualizations and presentations.
  • Take and review meeting minutes with clients and consultants.
